Crockpot Kielbasa Soup
This soup is so flavorful and extremely easy to make. Definitely one of my favorites! Sitting by my fire, with a bowl of hot soup… Yes Please!

- Kielbasa & Cabbage Soup
- 2 Packages Kielbasa Sausage sliced
- 1lb Potatoes diced (Red, Yellow, Russet all work)
- 1lb Carrot Chips (baby or cut carrots work too)
- 1 Onion diced
- ½ Cabbage chopped into bite size pieces
- 8 cups Chicken Broth (2 32oz boxes)
- 1 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1 tsp Garlic Pepper
- ½ tsp Ground Mustard
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Dump all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 7-8 hours, high for 5 hours or until the vegetables soften.
Freezer to Crock Pot Option: Dump
all ingredients except the Chicken Broth in 1 gallon size freezer bag. Mix
together and try to get as much air out of the bag and seal it up. Write the
meal, date, and cooking time on the bag with a sharpie. Store in the freezer
for up to 3 months. When ready to cook, store in refrigerator overnight or put
in lukewarm water before cooking. Add the chicken broth when ready to cook.
Banana Bread
This banana bread is beyond easy to make and so moist! I have made it with pecans and blueberries mixed it as well. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I can’t take the credit for this recipe though. My sister gave it to me many years ago and I haven’t used a different recipe since. It is the BEST! She even made the printable that I am sharing with you guys!
